Ms. Debbie Wooten Foster has been the Director of Windsor Park Primary School since 2005 and worked in the program since 2003. She received her degree from Texas Woman's University, and attended Texas Wesleyan School of Law for 2 years. As director, she strives to make Windsor Park a place where children can learn a love for God as well as develop an early academic foundation. Debbie also loves ministering to the families and teachers in our program. Debbie is the proud parent of Hope and Reid.
