Children should arrive to Windsor Park PrimarySchool at 9:00 a.m. Parents who arrive before 9:00 are asked to wait in the front lobby area, before coming in at 9:00. Upon arrival to the classroom, please sign your child in, including a phone number where you may be reached. you can also notate whether your child will be staying for After Care at this time.

For safety reasons, the door will only be opened from 9:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m., and again from 2:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. The door will remain locked at all other times. however, please feel free to drop in at any time. For your convenience a doorbell is located near the entrance.

We ask that you leave your child with his/her teacher at the classroom door. Additionally we ask that early pickups be kept to a minimum of 3 per semester in our older classes. Early pickups are disruptive to the class and the students miss important instruction.

Children will not be permitted to go home with anyone other than their usual ride without a written note from the parent. If there is an emergency and someone not listed on the release form is sent to pick up your child, you must phone the director and leave their name, description, and driver's license number.

**Writtten notification of any person who may pose a threat to your chld's safety or well-being must be submitted to the office and kept on file.
