Upon enrollment Windsor Park Primary School must have a completed enrollment packet.

This packet includes:

• Personal information on the child and parents
• Emergency information and contacts
• Authorized adults to pick up your child
• Signed receipt of written operational policies and discipline and guidance policies
• Health requirements information, teacher and parent information sheets.

Each parent will be given a copy of the Windsor Park Primary School Handbook which is a written record of our operational policies.

If you would like to review or discuss any concerns with the Director, stop by the school office or call to make an appointment.
